Meet and Greet Service.

Meet and Greet fees based on arrival time as follows:

Departure inspection will be provided between 09.00 – 17.00 but it will be inspected the day before departure if guests leaving before 09.00.

Any damage discovered, will be notified to you a.s.a.p.

Planning:  Minimum 7 days notice required for this service.

Cleaning Services:  

TGOA will provide laundry and cleaning services for your guests using bed linen and towels provided by yourselves.

Charges based on length of stay and number of guests plus apartment size.

All prices to include   IVA at rate

Scope of cleaning: 

End of 1 week stay:    Full clean, bed linen and towels laundered.

2 weeks or more stay:  Every 7 days or 5 on a 10 day stay, linen and towels changed plus bathrooms cleaned.

Note:  Please provide at least 7 days notice of  time of arrival and length stay of guests.

Key Holding Services:

Included in fee  - 

Inspect and air unoccupied apartments weekly.

Advise on any problems that present themselves.

Discount of 15% off    TGOA Meet and Greet Services and Cleaning Services

Provide on request list of recommended local service suppliers, i.e. plumbers, carpenters, electricians, glaziers etc.

Arrange for unsupervised access to trades people, service suppliers etc. at owners request.

All prices quoted are in euros.  We can help you arrange a variable direct debit for settlement of your account through a Portuguese Bank if required or Bank Transfer, all charges to be borne by sender or by pay pal.

No further services will be provided while unpaid accounts are outstanding.
